1. How could I get samples ?
In normally way, we can only supply some free samples to the old customers, if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS account No. or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. While in the first business, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of the payment.
2. What is the minimum quantity in orders?
no munimum quantity.
3. How can I get your price list ?
Please send email or fax to inform us which items you are interested in, we will give you our price idea within 24 hours. Sales manager: sales@tengiga.com
4.Can you customize my design...if so what is my minimum?
Yes. If you could not find the products from our current products. we can be able to create custom made design as per your requests, the minimum order quantity is by mutual discussion.
5. What warranty do you provide ?
We offer 1-3 years warranty for all the products, and 3+ years or all-life warranty should be discussed.
6. How do you package your products ?
Basically in plastic tray ,static bag or retail box/bag. And if you have the special requirement, we will follow your formula.
7. What is your usual payment term for orders ?
Telegraphic transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation.
8. What are the freight transportation ways?
A. Courier ( UPS, FedEX, DHL,EMS, etc.)
B. Air-Line shipping
C. Sea shipping transportation.

9. Do you accept OEM & ODM projects ?
Yes, OEM & ODM projects are welcome, and we can put your logo on the products, and can provide a reasonable solution for you, you can email to Sales manager: sales@tengiga.com
10. How can we become your distributor sole distribut ?
If you can sell our products USD30,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth more than USD100,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country, email to Sales manager: sales@tengiga.com
